PUBLIC PILOT TERMS

What Stage 1 does—and does not do.

Use

Use this portal only for genuine issues in public places in the Nadi pilot area. Submit only evidence you are entitled to share. Do not put yourself or anyone else at risk to take a photo.

Not an emergency service

Do not use Vakaviti Civic for immediate danger, crime in progress, fire, medical emergencies, violence, exposed live electricity or rapidly rising water. Move to safety and use the appropriate official service.

Human moderation

Reports may be held or rejected when evidence is unsafe, duplicated, private, misleading, outside scope or insufficient. Acceptance means only that a report entered the private Stage 1 evidence register; it does not mean an authority has acknowledged or resolved it.

No external dispatch

Stage 1 does not send reports to the Nadi Town Council or any utility, agency, business or private party. That capability is technically and operationally locked.

Impact Points and sponsors

Impact Points are pilot recognition only. They have no cash value and no redemption right. A sponsor expression is private and does not create endorsement, exclusivity, advertising, a partnership or an obligation.

Fair use

Automated abuse controls limit repeated submissions. Attempts to identify private people, manipulate rewards, upload unlawful material or disrupt the service may be rejected.
